This page explains what information CreatorSure, a creator-facing brand of SongSure LLC, collects through this website and how it is used.

What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, phone number (optional), main platform, creator type, audience size (optional), and anything you write in the message box. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you send.

How we use it

We use it to respond to you, to review your request, and to shop it with insurance carriers so we can show you coverage options. We share it with carriers and the service providers that run this website and its forms only for that purpose. We do not sell your information.

Service providers

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. When you submit the quote form, your submission is emailed to us so we can respond. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
